My top tip for travel at the moment would be to travel with a set of these amazing massage balls. They are so versatile and relieve pain instantly. They are my lifesaver on long flights or road trips. Here’s my two fave releases.
Exercise tips:
1) Place balls either side of your spine and either roll against wall or even place them behind your back while sitting to prop spine upright and massage the back muscles.
2) Lie on the floor and place the balls in the centre of each butt cheek. Slowly float one leg to table top 10 times and then repeat on the other side. This will release the piriformis which often get extremely tight.
