My Pilates with Sara program blends traditional and contemporary Pilates with movements that are based around dynamic strength and mobility. Suitable for any fitness level, my program includes endurance-based strength and conditioning workouts, plus high-intensity interval Pilates.
- 4 FOUNDATION WEEKS I’ve created these Foundation weeks for anyone who is new to movement, new to Pilates or has had a break from exercise and wants to gradually build strength & mobility.
- 12 WEEK PROGRAM – These 12 weeks get progressively more challenging every week. There are 5 seperate workouts to choose from every week. These workouts include Strength & Conditioning and my High Intensity Interval Pilates workouts.
- All workouts are mat based. Minimal to no equipment needed.
Together we will focus on empowering you through movement, building your core strength and your connection between your mind and your movement, which will enhance your workouts.
